Terms And Conditions For ONT Installation

  • A one-time, non-refundable installation charge of ₹1000 is applicable.
  • A security deposit of ₹2000 is required for Wi-Fi ONT or wired ONT devices.
  • The security deposit is a one-time payment and will be refunded at the time of connection cancellation, after:
  • All dues are cleared, and
  • All equipment (ONT, adapters, cables, etc.) is returned in good condition.
  • No discounts are applicable on installation charges or security deposits.
  • Installation of FTTH broadband services depends on location feasibility as per TRAI guidelines.
  • If installation is not feasible in your area, any installation charges paid will be fully refunded within 15 working days, and you will be notified via SMS.
  • If installation is cancelled from the customer’s side, installation charges are non-refundable. Any usage charges will be added to the first bill.
  • To cancel a broadband connection, customers must provide a minimum 3-day prior notice along with the reason for cancellation.
  • Plans, packages, and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  • Residential broadband connections are strictly for personal home use only. Commercial use, renting, or reselling is not allowed and may lead to legal action.
  • Promotional offers and discounts are valid only for a limited period and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Customers must submit valid KYC documents and complete the online registration form to activate services.
  • By subscribing to our services, customers agree to follow all terms and conditions, which are legally binding.
  • Cancellation requests are processed within 7 working days.
  • We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue services or plans due to technical issues, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control, without any compensation.
  • We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Customers should immediately report service issues to our support team for faster resolution.
  • All installed hardware and equipment remain the property of Skyaero and must be returned upon service termination.
  • Customers are responsible for any damage or loss to the provided equipment.
  • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Customers are advised to review them periodically.
  • Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be governed by the Indian judicial system.



Additional Terms & Conditions for OTT Subscription

OTT subscriptions (including Amazon Prime, Sony LIV, Voot, ZEE5, Playbox TV, etc.) are offered free of cost with select SKYAERO Fiber Broadband plans on new activations and renewals only. The availability of this offer is subject to SKYAERO’s discretion and may be started, modified, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

  • The validity of OTT subscriptions is 90 days. OTT validity may differ from the broadband plan validity, and each OTT platform may have a different expiry date.
  • SKYAERO is not responsible for the content, streaming quality, access, availability, or performance of any OTT platform. For any OTT-related issues, customers must contact the respective OTT platform’s customer support directly.
  • OTT subscriptions are applicable only on select SKYAERO Fiber Broadband plans and are non-transferable. These benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  • If the free OTT subscription is not used, the OTT benefit will automatically lapse upon expiry of the broadband plan.
  • SKYAERO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the OTT offer at any time without prior notice.
  • OTT subscriptions can be activated only once per user and are linked exclusively to the registered mobile number.
  • OTT-enabled broadband plans may be available in select cities only.
  • SKYAERO shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of OTT content or services.
